Stomach Meridian (Yang Ming)
The Stomach Meridian (Yang Ming) is responsible for food and fluid absorption. In dysfunction, we see digestive issues like bloating, nausea, vomiting, facial pain, jaw tension, knee pain, and mental issues like excessive worrying. The 45 points run from the face via the trunk to the foot. The peak hour is from 07:00 to 09:00.β¦
Spleen Meridian (Tai Yin)
The Spleen Meridian (Tai Yin) regulates blood formation, the immune system, and digestion. In dysfunction, we see fatigue, paleness, weak muscles, edema, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and gynecological issues. The 21 points run from the big toe via the trunk to the armpit. Conception Vessel (Ren Mai)
The Conception Vessel (Ren Mai) regulates all Yin meridians and reproduction. In dysfunction, we see menstrual disorders, infertility, urinary problems, digestive issues, and respiratory problems. The 24 points run along the midline of the abdomen and chest. This is the Sea of Yin. The meridian has no specific peak hour as it regulates all Yin meridians.β¦
