Along the Triple Energizer meridian pathway on the hand, arm, shoulder, neck, face
Needling technique
Depth: 0.5-1 cun (10-20 mm)
Direction: Perpendicular
Indications
Ear disorders (tinnitus, deafness), lateral headache, shoulder and arm pain, fever, abdominal distension
Contraindications
Avoid deep needling on the face (TE-21, TE-22, TE-23). Caution near the ear. Contraindicated in acute facial inflammation.
