Needling technique
Depth: 1-2 cun (20-40 mm)
Direction: Perpendicular
Indications
Digestive disorders (stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation), facial disorders, knee and leg pain, fatigue, low immunity
Contraindications
Avoid deep needling on the chest (ST-13 to ST-18) - risk of pneumothorax. Caution in pregnancy (ST-25 to ST-30).
