Location
Along the Liver meridian pathway on the foot, leg, abdomen, chest
Needling technique
Depth: 0.5-1 cun (10-20 mm)
Direction: Perpendicular
Indications
Liver disorders (jaundice, abdominal pain), menstrual disorders, headache, dizziness, hernia, rib pain
Contraindications
Avoid deep needling on the chest (LR-13, LR-14). Caution in pregnancy (LR-2 to LR-5).
