HT-7 – Shenmen (神門)

Location

On the wrist, at the ulnar side, in the depression distal to the pisiform bone, at the ulnar end of the wrist crease

Needling technique

Indications

Insomnia, palpitations, Anxiety, poor memory, depression, mania, cardiac pain, chest tightness, night sweats

Contraindications

Avoid in patients with severe bradycardia. Shallow needling only due to proximity of the ulnar nerve.
