Along the Heart meridian pathway on the chest, arm, hand
Needling technique
Depth: 0.3-0.5 cun (5-10 mm)
Direction: Perpendicular
Indications
Heart disorders (palpitations, chest pain), mental disorders (anxiety, insomnia, poor memory), speech disorders
Contraindications
Avoid deep needling on the chest (HT-1). Caution in patients with arrhythmias or pacemakers.
