In the depression below the head of the fibula, on the lateral lower leg

Needling technique

Depth: 1-1.5 cun (20-30 mm)
Direction: Perpendicular

Indications

Muscle and joint pain, sciatica, knee pain, lateral leg pain, bitter taste, jaundice, cholecystitis, hypochondriac pain

Contraindications

Avoid in patients with bleeding disorders. Caution near the common peroneal nerve.
